Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Reporting: Assist with the accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS returns by supporting the CA.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory control, and other financial areas.
- Export Documentation: Handle documentation submission to banks for export transactions.
- Expense Management: Process and track internal expense requests with proper documentation and approvals.
- HR & Admin Support: Assist HR with administrative tasks like bookings and generating salary slips.
- Financial Reporting: Provide timely and relevant financial reports and analyses for informed decision-making.
- Compliance: Support operations with billing, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with accounting practices and show willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
