How to identify Network Status of your TrackSo IoT Gateway
Method-1 Remotely via SMS for SIM Based Devices
Note : Only valid for following Model No.s :WT-800, WT805 ,WT-810, WT-820
If your data logger is not able to send data to the portal or the unit is showing status as OFF <timestamp>, please send the following SMS to the phone number of the SIM card inserted in the Data Logger and identify the reason for the OFF status as per all the possible use cases below:

(Command is Case Sensitive)
Note: Kindly enable SMS delivery report before sending the SMS Command
Identify device phone number and sms *2222#<Stat.gsm>
Identify device phone number and send following sms on that
*2222#<Stat.gsm>
Now click on the applicable scenario which occurs for your situation.
SMS Not delivered
Possible device status
1. Not Powered ON
2. SIM card Issue. For Example
A: Number incorrect
B: Not inserted correctly
C: Simcard not Activated
Possible solution
1. Check Power Supply
2. Check if Sim card is properly inserted or if it is blocked by the service provider.
A:Verifying network status using LED Status wil help in this case.
SMS delivered but no response
Possible device status
1. Powered ON but main balance/internet network not available
Possible solution
1. Recharge account with
a. minimum INR 10 main balance and Validity plan
b. basic 2G/3G/4G internet data & SMS plan
SMS Delivered & Response Received
Possible device status
1. Powered ON
2. GPRS – NC & PIP- NC
Issue & possible solution
1. No Internet available from network. Kindly set APN by sending below message.

NOTE: Only Replace airtelgpprs.com with the APN of your SIM network

Issue & possible solution
1. Kindly recharge in your SIM card with a basic internet pack ( Internet+ Validity pack)
Case-2
Possible device status
1. Powered ON & Connected to Portal
Issue & possible solution
1. Slave (jnverter/meter/wms) is not connected to logger properly
2. Settings of Slave devices (inverter/meter/wms) are not complete. Refer installation guide at https://trackso.page.link/installation to complete settings
Method-2 Via LED Status
