Warranty Period
Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“TrackSo”) warrants that each Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the invoice date.

Additional Warranty for Firmware
The manufacturer’s embedded firmware (software pre-installed in the device) is warranted to perform in substantial compliance with the specifications provided in the product datasheet and manuals.
Remedies
TrackSo’s sole obligations and the buyer’s exclusive remedies with respect to goods determined to be defective shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at TrackSo’s option. The replacement may constitute, at TrackSo’s option, a new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent (in relation to feature, function, compatibility, default software version) or better product to the defective Covered Product detailed in the warranty claim/service form.
All remedies are expressly conditioned upon the buyer’s compliance with the provisions of the Manuals for the IoT Data Logger. If the buyer fails to comply with the Installation Guides, the buyer shall bear the full cost of any service, including repair, replacement, and return.
Your Obligations
This warranty is expressly conditioned on the buyer’s obligation to complete installation, perform regular maintenance, and care for any equipment and supplies in accordance with the Installation Guide for the IoT Data Logger, a copy of which the buyer acknowledges receiving and which is accessible on our website. If the buyer does not comply and such failure results in the need for replacement parts, the buyer shall bear the full cost of such parts.
Warranty Exclusions
- Cosmetic damage
- The product has been improperly installed or maintained
- Hardware not manufactured or supplied by TrackSo
- Failures or defects caused by excessive moisture or water
- Damage to the IoT Data Logger resulting from electrical surges, voltage spikes, lightning strikes, or transient over-voltage conditions
- Failures or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, physical damage, abnormal operation, improper handling and storage, neglect, exposure to fire, fluids, biological waste, hazardous materials, chemicals, excessive moisture, extreme temperature changes, spills of food or liquids, or alterations
- Problems caused by the End User network (e.g., connectivity, coverage, or signal reception issues)
- Floods, acts of God, riots
- Hardware from which warranty stickers, electronic serial numbers, and/or serial labels have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible
- Hardware operated outside published maximum ratings
- Performance of Hardware in combination with other items not manufactured, approved, or supplied by TrackSo
- Hardware opened, repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than TrackSo or an authorized service center
- Engraving, accessories, and materials subject to normal wear and tear
- Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TrackSo
Other Warranty Conditions
- Costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the product are borne by the buyer
- Repaired or replaced parts of a shipment item do not initiate a new warranty period
- TrackSo reserves the right to retain worn-out or defective part(s) or component(s) replaced during the warranty repair
- The remaining warranty period after a warranty claim remains in force only for the unexpired period of the original product’s warranty. Time taken for repair/replacement and in transit, whether under warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
- TrackSo will charge to repair products in the out-of-warranty period or having damage not covered by the warranty based on the availability and cost of required components
- All out-of-warranty products returned for repair or replacement services shall have the repaired or replaced parts warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for sixty (60) days from the date of delivery
- Where the workmanship warranty applies, TrackSo will either (at its discretion and cost):
- Re-do or repair the service
- Replace any faulty part supplied by us with a comparable new or refurbished part so that the service is no longer defective
- Repair work does not postpone the expiry of the warranty period nor restart the warranty period
Damages Exclusions and Limitations
To the full extent permitted by law, TrackSo will not be liable for any of the following amounts arising out of or alleged to arise out of the hardware or products under this limited warranty (“damages”):
- Lost profits, revenue, interest, goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or business interruption
- Costs of procurement of substitute products or services
- Special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages
- Any amount exceeding the amount actually paid or payable for the hardware
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses
The foregoing exclusions and limitations apply to all damages:
- However caused or alleged to be caused
- Even if TrackSo has been advised of the possibility of such damages
- Whether grounded in warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability, breach of contract, civil liability, or other cause of action
- Regardless of whether claimed in the form of an allegation, demand, suit, action, or other proceeding
- Notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy
Nothing herein shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If any part is found unenforceable, it should be interpreted to avoid such a finding, and the remainder shall be interpreted to give full effect.
Governing Law
This warranty is valid within all the states and union territories of India and for international customers outside India. No other written or oral warranties apply, and no agent, employee, dealer, or other person is authorized to give warranties on behalf of Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. (TrackSo).
Additional Notes for International Customers
- Import/Export Duties: Import and export duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with shipping the product for warranty service may vary based on location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Insurance: Consider insuring your product during shipping. Costs are borne by the customer.
- Cost Responsibility: Shipping to our service center, including packaging, shipping fees, and insurance, is the customer’s responsibility.
- Return Shipping: For manufacturing defects after repair or replacement, TrackSo covers return shipping. For out-of-warranty repairs, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For products where Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“TrackSo”) is acting as a trader/distributor, TrackSo will transfer to the buyer any transferable warranties or indemnities that the manufacturer provides to FSGL.
In cases where TrackSo is acting as a distributor, no additional warranties are given or implied beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
In no event shall TrackSo be liable for loss of profits or for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or similar damages arising out of any breach of this contract or obligations under this contract, including breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
To claim this warranty, the Customer must inform TrackSo within the warranty period specified in the invoice via submitting a Service Form at https://trackso.in/service-form/. TrackSo will assist the Customer with claiming the warranty from the third-party manufacturer.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not apply and is void for:
- Cosmetic damage
- Products that have been improperly installed or maintained
- Hardware not manufactured or supplied by TrackSo
- Failures or defects caused by excessive moisture or water
- Damage resulting from electrical surges, voltage spikes, lightning strikes, or transient over-voltage conditions
- Failures caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, physical damage, abnormal operation, improper handling or storage, neglect, exposure to fire, fluids, biological waste, hazardous materials, chemicals, extreme moisture, extreme temperature changes, or alterations
- Problems caused by the End User network (e.g., connectivity, coverage, or other signal reception problems)
- Floods, acts of God, riots
- Hardware with removed, altered, or illegible warranty stickers, electronic serial numbers, or labels
- Hardware operated outside published maximum ratings
- Performance of Hardware in combination with items not manufactured, approved, or supplied by TrackSo
- Hardware opened, repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than TrackSo or an authorized service center
- Engraving, accessories, and materials subject to normal wear and tear
- Other circumstances beyond TrackSo’s reasonable control
Other Warranty Conditions
- Costs incurred in removal or reinstallation of the product are borne by the buyer.
- Repaired or replaced parts do not initiate a new warranty period.
- TrackSo reserves the right to retain worn-out or defective parts replaced during warranty repair.
- The remaining warranty period after a claim applies only to the unexpired portion of the original product’s warranty. Time spent on repair/replacement or in transit is included in the warranty period.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
- TrackSo will charge for repairs of products outside the warranty period or for damage not covered by the warranty, based on component availability and cost.
- All out-of-warranty products returned for repair or replacement have a workmanship warranty of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery.
- TrackSo may, at its discretion:
- Re-do or repair the service
- Replace any faulty part with a comparable new or refurbished part so that the service is no longer defective
- Repair work does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
Damages Exclusions and Limitations
To the full extent permitted by law, TrackSo is not liable for:
- Lost profits, revenue, interest, goodwill, data loss, or business interruption
- Costs of procuring substitute products or services
- Special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages
- Any amount exceeding the purchase price of the hardware
These exclusions apply regardless of cause, including warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability, breach of contract, or other claims, and even if TrackSo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. If any part of this clause is unenforceable, it will be interpreted to give maximum effect to the remainder.
Governing Law

Additional Notes for International Customers

- Insurance: Customers may choose to insure their shipment against loss or damage, at their own cost.

- Return Shipping: For manufacturing defects, TrackSo will cover return shipping after repair or replacement. For out-of-warranty repairs, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For products where Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“TrackSo”) is acting as a trader/distributor, TrackSo will transfer to the buyer any transferable warranties or indemnities that the manufacturer of the product provides to TrackSo.
In cases where TrackSo is acting as a distributor, no additional warranties are given or implied beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
In no event shall TrackSo be liable for loss of profits or for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or similar damages arising out of any breach of this contract or obligations under this contract, including breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Power Control (Zero Export & DG Sync) Software License
By using the licensed Product/Software, you accept the following terms and conditions:
1.3.A. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software / Licensed Product is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty of any kind, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by the Client/Buyer (also referred to as the Licensee). Should the Software prove defective, the Licensee, and not TrackSo or the device manufacturer or software provider (also referred to as the Licensor), assumes the entire cost of any service or repair.
No employee, agent, or representative of TrackSo, the device manufacturer, or software provider has the authority to bind the Licensor to any oral representation or warranty concerning the Licensed Material / Software. Any oral or written representation or warranty not expressly contained herein shall not be enforceable by the Licensee.
1.3.B. Limitations of Liability
TrackSo, the device manufacturer, or software provider is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, system failure or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses.
The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from and against all loss, cost, expense, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of a claim by a third party against the Licensor based upon the Licensee’s use of the LICENSED PRODUCT / SOFTWARE.
The Licensee also agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any loss or damages related to, or associated with, the Licensee’s customizations, updates, and/or modifications to the Software.
The Licensor shall have no liability to the Licensee for any damage sustained by the Licensee as a result of the Licensee’s use of the LICENSED PRODUCT / SOFTWARE, whether such damages arise from breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. The Licensee has tested the LICENSED PRODUCT / SOFTWARE and relies on its own judgment in utilizing it.
