Note:
- Submit multiple forms if you wish to submit details regarding multiple sites.
- Please make sure all information mentioned above is accurate. If any of the above details are found to be different during device go-live, a device re-configuration fee will be applied. For example- No. of inverters increase/decreases, Meter Model no. is changed
