Service Terms & Conditions

1) All the products received back are evaluated under Standard Warranty Terms & Conditions – https://trackso.in/warranty/
2) Post receiving Minimum time required for servicing & processing is 14 days.
3) If any delay occurs in service due to the nature of the fault, intimation will be provided via an Email.
4) Any service charges, if applicable, will be intimated via an Email
5) Minimum service fee of Rs 500 + GST is charged in case

• Only partially covered under warranty
• The nature of the fault is not covered under warranty
• The product supplied was not covered under warranty
