How to Debug Webdyn
If your data logger is not able to send data to the portal or the unit is showing status as OFF <timestamp> on the platform, please send the following SMS’s to the phone number of the SIM card inserted in the Data Logger and identify the reason for the OFF status accordingly:
Note: Kindly enable SMS delivery report before sending the SMS Command
