Job Description

As a Support Manager at TrackSo, your primary responsibility is to ensure clients receive exceptional support and guidance. You will handle technical inquiries, oversee project installations, and lead the support team to deliver a seamless service experience. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between customers and the support team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate daily assignments to Support Executives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout project lifecycles.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Support team.
  • Negotiate and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Provide remote technical support, primarily through calls (80% of the time).
  • Handle and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech preferred).
  • Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with PLC, Modbus Communication, and TCP/IP Protocol.
  • Expertise in Zero Export and DG Synchronization functionalities.
  • Extensive customer support experience.
  • Familiarity with data logger functionality and RS485/TCP-IP Protocol.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively and provide leadership.
