About TrackSo
TrackSo is an IoT based SaaS product of Free Spirits Green Labs Pvt. Ltd. TrackSo monitors & manages energy assets to provide you with optimised information, hence allowing you to derive key business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to customers, primarily through calls (80% of the time).
- Create datalogger drivers and set up new sites on the IoT platform as per client requirements.
- Handle customer support calls to resolve technical issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Preferred: B.Tech graduates in relevant fields.
- Candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC, Modbus Communication, and TCP/IP Protocol are also welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
- Modbus Communication: Understanding its functionality and operations.
- MQTT Protocol: Practical knowledge of how it works.
- TCP/IP Protocol: Familiarity with data communication protocols.
- PLC and SCADA Systems: Knowledge of programming logic controllers and supervisory systems is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English communication.
