The section explains how to complete sign up on TrackSo and create an account to monitor your Solar Power Plant
Following are the steps:
- Go to the TrackSo User Sign-Up Page or If you have received a Invitation email, click on Accept Request.
- Enter your email and set your password.
- Enter your basic profile details including Name, Mobile number and click on Submit.
- Verify your email address with the “Confirm Account” Link received in your email inbox
- Use the account you created & confirmed to sign in to TrackSo.
Registration Fields
- First & Last Name- Basic details of user registering account
- Email Id- will be used for logging in to your account
- Mobile No.– used for providing account updates.
- Password & Confirm Password
- Timezone– User timezone (Default for Indian Users- Asia/kolkata)
- Country & State– user location
- Address- optional
FAQs
I can't find my TrackSo signup confirmation email.
If you created a TrackSO account with an email, we sent a confirmation link to that email. If you can’t find your confirmation email:
- Check your junk mail folder. If you’re using Gmail, check your Social emails.
- Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the email again.
When I try to register, I get a message Email ID already exists.
This error message suggests that your email id is already registered with us. You must have registered with us earlier. Please try the following options:
Option 1: Log into your account with your password.
Option 2: Use forgot password link on the login page to reset your password and then log in with your email address.
