Notifications 2.0 has always been the most liked and most popular feature of Trackso platform. The crisp and accurate information provided in the notifications has always been a centre for fascination by the Trackso client.
Trackso has revamped its notification mechansim and has made it a complete customized, DIY solution for its customers. By following below mentioned easy to do steps one can get the best out of its account by creating completely customised notifications.
The feature allows user to get notification of the aggregated values of essential parameters such as Daily Energy, Total Energy CUF etc.
PERIODIC NOTIFICATION CREATION
Template of notification is selected, such as :
- 1 Site – Site Level : In this notification a single notification is generated, giving the cumulative details of the site. (site level)
- 1 Site – Inverters : In this notification generation of all the Inverters are stated individually.
- Multiple Site – Site Level : In this notification, user will get cumulative generation of all the sites individually.
- Multiple Sites – Inverters : In this notification, user will get cumulative generation of all the inverters individually of all the sites.
In the next step user will select the site/sites for which it needs notifications.
After that, user will select the Time at which he/she needs the notification to be delivered daily.
In the last step, user will add the email Id/s of the recipients and click Submit.
Also, in the ‘Name‘ section the user can give an appropriate name to the notification created.
ALARM NOTIFICATION CREATION
The notification type is selected ; either via Email or SMS by selecting appropriate option.
Then accordingly the rule or alarm is selected from the drop down menu for which the condition has to be triggered.
In the last step of the notification creation, the reciepient details Email/SMS is entered and submitted.
