Missed Idea M2M bill payment? Here’s what you need to do

The ease of Installing Trackso is a DIY activity, but it has been observed that over the time due to the negligence at the customer’s end, sometimes logger fails to communicate with the platform which results in data gaps.

One such issue that has been constantly observed is the deactivation of Idea SIM due to non payment of bills.

Even after making the payment the Sim doesn’t gets activated on its own. In this case one needs to follow the below mentioned steps  to activate the SIM and get the logger working:

Step-1

Remove the SIM from the logger

Step-2

Insert the SIM into your mobile and open Settings.

Step-3

Go to settings of the mobile and click on the SIM 1

Step 4

Select the network manually of Idea/Vodafone 2G

Final Step

Once the network gets successfully registered, ‘Registered on Network’ notification pops up

Now put the simcard back in device and try following :https://trackso.in/identify-network-status-trackso-iot-gateway/

Note: Above method is only valid if you have completed the bill payment of your M2M simcard.
